This Series comprises Subdivision Application Register. These registers record subdivision applications submitted to Council. Each plan submitted was given a sequential number prefixed by 32/. This would form the file number for the application in which all documentation relating to the subdivision was kept. The registers record the plan number; date lodged; by whom lodged; name of owner; street; fees paid; receipt number; clerk’s certificate number; deposited plan number and references to the conditions attaching to approval. Each register has an index at the front where the owners name and street name are recorded alphabetically. These records are original and have not been digitised.
