Framed scroll granting Freedom of Entry on 28 January 1965 to the City of Parramatta for the Officers and Men of HMAS Parramatta III. Wooden frame with navy mount board. Scroll on white paper with black inked calligraphy and red seal. City of Parramatta and Royal Australian Navy logos at top of document. Signed by A.R.C.Thomas, Mayor and E.S.Jameson, Town Clerk on 13 February 1965.
