Brief description
Pennants and decorations are suspended along and across the street. Signs on Murray Brothers float read as follows: "The store[?] that stocks the best", "Murray Brothers P'matta Pty Ltd", and "Service". Stamp on back of photograph reads: "S.J. Hood Photographer 124 Pitt St. Sydney Tel. B 1845". The float features a miniature facade of the store. The parade in this image is moving between Town Hall and St. John's Gardens.
