Biography
Granville Municipal Council was incorporated in 1885 and four wards were created in 1907: North, East, West and the South ward was transferred from Blacktown in 1906.
In 1948 Granville was amalgamated with Parramatta City Council, Dundas Municipal Council and Ermington & Rydalmere Municipal Council to re-form Parramatta City Council.
