Brief description
Index created following a reorganisation of correspondence into files. Previous correspondence register numbers were invalidated by the reorganisation of the correspondence.Some correspondence from 1918 to the mid 1920s not listed completely, tthough indicates that correspondence existed. The file number is comprised of year and file number with each page given a number. As an example a file number would thus appear 1931/53. A subject index also also exists for the corresponding period.
