Brief description

This Series comprises registers used to record incoming correspondence received by Granville Municipal Council. Arrangement of all volumes are slightly different. PRS03/2, 4 & 5 are organised with an index to the register at the front of the volume. PRS03/1 & 3 do not have an index. The registers are arranged alphabetically. There is some variation of information included in the volumes but all have date received; sender; subject and file number. Actual correspondence (1924-1949) appears in PRS70. The material is original and has not been digitised.
