Brief description
Register of incoming correspondence is organised chronologically. Each entry has the registration number, name of the correspondent, subject of the letter and the pre-existing file it is attached to. Files from 1945-1948 were later reorganised and placed into broad subject file groupings and a new index and file numbering created.
